- SLStephanie LoatsNov 13, 20251.0This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. They come up with there own rules. I could go on and on about how rude the pharmacist is. I've asked my doctor not to send my prescriptions there and I dread going there because it's a act of Congress to get your prescription transfered from there. They think every one that comes there lives at that sleazy hotel across the street. All the reviews that are saying good things must have been paid to do it. They would not fill my prescription because my doctor is not in a 50 mile radius which is crap because every other pharmacy in Dallas will. That is just one incident when I could go on and on.;I never leave reviews but this pharmacy is horrible. It's mainly the pharmacist. She is prejudice with patients that take any kind of control substance. She doesn't follow the laws or guidelines of medication refills. Just do not go there it's like your in twilight zone.

First he had a face like he wasn't happy to be there and he wasn't happy that he had to help me, he asked "Are you here to pick up something??? Really? Yes Im here to pick up prescription why kind of question is that? He had an attitude all the time I was there and not even a thank you.... Unbelievable! Hey Pharmacy Manager send VINH to an intense customer service training because he is not the right person to be at this pharmacy to help people that are sick and in pain and on top of that we have to put up with a person that is not happy there and has an attitude . So whos fault is that?
