  My girlfriend went to pick up her iron pills the day there were sent to be picked up, then they said they were being sent from dallas, to come back the next day. So we come back the next day, and they still didn't have them. And now we have to wait another day, we felt it was because she was African American, judging by the way we were talked to and dealt with.

  How about you take down all your 24 hour signs if you arnt going to be 24 hours. Huge waste of time.

  This pharmacy needs a rehaul . The customer service has gone hill . They are rude and get mad when you ask questions. The app system is never correct. They holding medications for over 24hrs . It shouldn’t take antibiotics over 24hrs to get filled. People are actually sick .

  Pharmacy called me on a Wednesday and asked me if I could come in that day and pick up a prescription as they would be switching over to a new system and would be closed the next day. I said sure. I showed up that afternoon and was told my prescription was out of stock and that it would arrive on Friday. I call on Friday only to find out that they have not even ordered it and it will be in on Monday. Called on Monday.."we are waiting for an insurance approval" I had to tell them this is a vision product..it will not be covered by my health insurance.( Had they even called to ask if I wanted to pay cash they would have known this). I asked "can you tell me if the product has even arrived at your store? And, what is the cash price? Response was: "uhh I'm not sure..let me check" Was put on hold...waited over 8 minutes and nobody came back to the phone. They knew exactly who they were speaking with and never even attempted to call me back!!! I hung up..called back only to get a recording "the pharmacy is currently closed" Infuriating! Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this.. This place is beyond a clown show.

  I haven't dealt with prejudice and ugliness in a long time but was treated very unfairly at the pharmacy. NEVER AGAIN!!! I was told I would have to wait 2hrs while everyone else just walked up and picked up meds over and over, and I had called and they told me it was ready beforehand literally passed me by ignored me told me system was down, meanwhile other customers still getting taken care of. I was late getting back to work. Almost 2hrs later when I was about to leave took 2 seconds to grab my meds and hand them to me. Starts trying to apologize but never cared that I was sitting there all that time. Then lady that was being ugly and lying to me from the start walks over just to make sure nothing was being said about her. I will not be going back there ever again! It took everything in me to be patient and kind today because i know how to treat people regardless of color. You know who you are lady working front the register at pickup. God don't like ugly you need to learn how to practice being kind to people. Or be moved to the back to where your ugliness can't be seen. And also lay off the drugs it's not a good look to the company! How did you even get that job smh.
