This was actually the first time I’ve ever had to wait on a pair, but even then, I still got one pair the same day. The second pair is just waiting on lenses (not their fault at all), and honestly, this has been the only time I’ve experienced any delay. Kenneth helped me during my visit, and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and made sure I picked the right lenses, especially since I spend a lot of time on the computer. When I came back to pick up my glasses, he even noticed my frames were slightly crooked and fixed them without me saying a word. That kind of attention to detail really stood out! I highly recommend EyeMart Express. I’ve consistently had great experiences, their pricing is reasonable, and the same-day service is unbeatable. Thank you again, Kenneth!
