I wish I knew their names but its also a lil cute Chinese looking girl with glasses, and another mid age lady who leg hurts but they make me smile when I see them.

The club manager Michael Bell is unprofessional in handling complaints, going as far as accidentally sending me an email that I was obviously not meant to see where he made baseless lies. His employees are no better, they are lazy and never want to restock up paper towels, clean the bathroom, or even do something simple as gather tokens so you can use the massage chairs. You'd be lucky to use them anyways as there is at least one that is usually broken. They allow gym bags on the floor. They allow 3 or 4 people at a time on the same machine, which means you would have to wait 30+ minutes for that machine to become open. The hours have never returned to pre-covid levels, which is a shame seeing that other gyms in the area can go 24 hours a day but this one refuses to. Machines are always breaking down, or just not working properly. They never enforce wiping down machines. This gym overall is just a bad experience. Overcrowded. Broken down. Terrible customer service by club manager and employees. There are too many better options in town to subject yourself to the horrors of this place, especially at the price charged.
