Today, November 22, 2025, I went through the drive-thru. A man took my information and insurance card. Then walked away and after almost 10 minutes a rude woman named Rachel came to the window to tell me something. I said I’m sorry what? She then started talking to me so slow like I was dumb or didn’t understand. Her facial expressions said everything. I said I’ll just take my insurance card back. She said you want to talk to MY pharmacist I said yes and she never came to the window. Again I asked for my insurance card at least 2-3 more times. She walked away and gesturing thumbs up several times. Rachel, if you don’t like your job and don’t want to wait on customers, clearly working in the public is not for you. Because of you, I will no longer be a Market Street Pharmacy customer.

Market Street Pharmacy is getting one star because you can't go lower than that. They never have your meds ready! It's ludicrous. I understand if you're short-staffed, but if your store isn't equipped to run a pharmacy, then don't have one.
I don't know why I continue to use Market Street. At this point, it's my fault for choosing Market Street. I will wait in line for a minimum of 30 minutes, but sometimes it can be 40-75 minutes. I have personally waited 40 minutes and about 1½ hours. AND THEN it's my turn & 6/10 times it's still not ready!! My refill was placed ~6:40 pm on Wednesday, Nov. 19th. It is now Thursday, November 20th, 1:46 pm, and it's still not ready, lol, what on earth! This is no joke.
Half the employees are decent; the other half are rude.
Market Street, if you see this, feel free to respond. I am willing to renew my CPhT license to help y'all and customers!!
Please find a better and more efficient way to run your pharmacy.

I pulled up to drive through, 1st time using this pharmacy. I was the 7th car in line and it’s been an hour and I am still the 3rd car in line. Nothing should take this long. Absolutely rude on phone when asking if prescription was ready. Complete and useless joke of a pharmacy.

Stay away from this pharmacy! What an absolute circus it is to deal with them i had 2 people looking for my medication yesterday all over the pharmacy i stood in line for a minimum of 20 minutes or better, after wasting time low and behold my medication i was picking up was in the bag by the pickup window the entire time, i do give some grace that it is a pharmacy and they’re busy however what a terrible look it is on them, ( not to mention the guy originally tried to give me a medication i wasn’t picking up & didn’t want ( then tried to give me another ointment that wasn’t mine). Id highly recommend to go elsewhere You have been warned!
