The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Walked in at 12pm as a walk-in sick visit. Personnel at front desk said she would need to schedule my visit and the earliest available was 3:45pm...that doesn't really sound like a "walk-ins welcome" kind of establishment, which is perfectly fine, however then, it should not be advertised as such.

Rudest person I have ever encountered working the front desk. I will do everything I can to not even have to shop in this store so I never come close to being treated so hatefully again. She actually yelled at me and berated me in front of another patient. He looked mortified. If this is Kroger’s version of health care, you’re better off looking for help at random in the parking lot

Couldn't ask for a better experience at the White House TN location. Very thorough check up and immunizations. Just wonderful.

Just rude. This might be my first review I’ve ever posted. But this was dumbfounding.
I had some coworkers traveling in so we were all getting COVID tests just to help everyone feel safe traveling.
I walked in, and check in, and sat in the waiting area. There wasn’t a sole in there but me. And I was turned away because they had already accepted too many walk ins. That’s weird, but sure. They can have policies however they see fit (even though they had time to see me for 10min).
But the other nurse came barging out of her cave and snapped on me for not wearing a mask. Here’s how that confrontation happened. No exaggeration.
Nurse: At about a 5/10 rudeness level “You need a mask if your sick!”
Me: at about a 2/10 snarky level “oh I’m not sick.”
Nurse: at about a 8/10 rudeness yell “WELL YOU STILL NEED A MASK IN MY CLINIC.”
Listen. I get it. Some people are extra cautious. I would have worn a mask if I had one or if they just politely handed me one. But this was just weird.
