Dr. Virginia is the absolute sweetest! She truly cares and can do so much for a little clinic she was able to do instant bloodwork and gave me answers to something I’d been told I’d have to wait for. She truly cares and makes you feel so comfortable!

I read the reviews so I was concerned but the difference between using my insurance here and using it elsewhere was $100 so I was determined to give it a try. I had to wait 10 minutes before being taken back but once in the exam room, things moved quickly. They sent my prescription to the Kroger pharmacy and from the time of my appointment to the time I left with pills in hand was 45 minutes. The staff were friendly and listened to my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised at what a good experience this was.

#1: No receptionist at the desk. #2: No sign giving patients instructions on what to do if there is no receptionist at the desk. #3: Check-in kiosk not in plain sight (to the left of the check-in desk that had an empty chair and no instructions to check in at the kiosk that was to the left of the desk (facing towards the pharmacy). #4: AND THE MOST IMPORTANT AND NEXT COMMON SENSE AND DISTURBING OF ALL… no masks for the ones that are having COVID and flu symptoms. No sign to inform those exhibiting those signs/symptoms to put on a mask at the empty receptionist desk. So, as an educated healthcare professional, I took it upon myself to ask the pharmacy for a mask for my son to help prevent the spread of the flu (that’s rampant in TN) to the customers at Kroger and the clients of this incompetent clinic. #5: If you are short staffed, there is no reason to be rude to your clients. You should have proper (common sense and respectful) measures in place to let your clients know why there is NOONE in site for 20 mins after their appointment. #6: When that client eventually pokes their head into the room, you should probably have some kind of respect after all of the above. #7: Your excuse was that your receptionist was in the room with you and you’re short staffed. Again, I am a health care professional, and I know that is not needed unless you are needed a witness. In that case, I would expect for her to simply poke her head out and check on her responsibilities.. or have some kind of note to inform clients why her chair is empty. #8: You clearly are not in the right profession by the way you responded to my questions. It’s a shame that SICK people are paying to see you. #9: I hope you sleep well at night.

I just tried to schedule an appointment for the White House Clinic. The system is not helpful at all. It doesn’t let you correct information and it doesn’t give you time to answer the questions. Maybe the system needs to be checked. I did not get my appointment.

Walked in at 12pm as a walk-in sick visit. Personnel at front desk said she would need to schedule my visit and the earliest available was 3:45pm...that doesn't really sound like a "walk-ins welcome" kind of establishment, which is perfectly fine, however then, it should not be advertised as such.
