  I have always had problems with this pharmacy on getting medication because they tell me they have to order it will be in a few days. Then wait for a week and don’t have meds for 3 days when I was calling every day.

  Doctor called in prescription about an hour ahead, I called right after the doctor to confirm that the pharmacy had received the electronic prescription, they said they had not. I called the doctors office back and they confirmed the location, time, and how they had sent it (electronically). I called the pharmacy once again to share my information and was told my prescription would be ready in an hour. I get there about 2 hours later (gave them an extra hour to get whatever done) wait about 10 min. In the drive thru line (Yay, not terribly long) and find out that my prescription is indeed not ready. The lady asked me to pull around to the back of the line and that it would be ready when I got back to the window. At this point I had about 4 vehicles in front of me. It took about 35 - 40min to get back to the window, just to find out they we’re going to have to order my prescription. They said it would take 2 days. I call back two days later about 3 times throughout the day to figure out when this delivery will arrive.. and it finally gets there around 5 p.m.and I’m told to wait another hour. Mind you, this is for an allergic reaction that happened 4 days ago. This pharmacy is absolutely awful. By far one of the worst pharmacies I have dealt with. My advice is to go anywhere else.

  They take a long time. Kim, a pharmacy technician since 1997 is very very rude in the way she communicates or doesn't, with a very bad temper for nothing. She was very rude with my wife and me on many different occasions. They are the most slow pharmacy I have ever been to. They say often they will have the prescription the next day or 3 days. It is a long drive for me to pick up the next day and a prescription should be taken the same day.

  Way too long lines both in store and drive thru.. Meds not being ready on time.
