My card on file expired and my husband also goes here and he updated the card to his file and I didn’t realize they weren’t connected. I have three months of late fees and I called and told them my situation how I felt bad and just didn’t realize and I’d be happy to pay for the months I have missed up until this point but I can’t afford that with all the late fees as well at the moment. Again I’ve only missed 3 months and it was completely an accident. The first girl I talk to was understanding and nice but then when I called and talk to the manager she was so rude. You can tell she could help if she wanted to, but just doesn’t feel like it. I mean things happen and a business really can’t see that??? Awful customer service and to top it off I asked if I could go ahead and cancel but they said nope I have to pay all the late fees first, so if something happens and you can’t pay they will just keep draining you! I get it if I had a habit of not paying but it was a genuine mistake and one I want to make up for and keep coming back.
