- MAMark AndersonDec 4, 20241.0The gift card program, that they offer is fake, because them offering certain gift card and receiving 200 points is a scam. I have purchase several gift card from this store and other like Murfreesboro and Nashville store and didn't receive any of the promising points that was coming to me. When I went to the customer service desk, they helped me by calling the company that controls the program, which this store was in Tullahoma, but when I purchase cards at the Murfreesboro and went to the customer service desk, they told me that the gift card program isn't they program that I needed to call the number on the back of the gift cards. So, I told them I wanted a full refund of the gift cards I just purchased a few minutes a go, which I didn't leave the store and the individuals behind the desk told me that they cannot process a refund on gift cards. I'm not happy and discussed with Kroger offering a program for their customers and not honoring what is suppose to be coming to the customer.
