  Was waiting for 2&1/2 hours before called back than another 1&1/2 hour now have to wait another hour til ahe is done do not recomend this place at all

  Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. My husband was referred to Dr. Locke by his dentist for a broken tooth/extraction. He waited 2 weeks for the appt. After arranging with his job to take off work during a very busy season (and their office calling/texting a total of 9 times in that 2 weeks) they called and cancelled the appt on him with less than 2 hours notice. They said it was due to a family emergency but upon speaking with friends and reading Google reviews I have my doubts. The procedure required a driver so I had also taken off work. Since the appt was at noon, both of us missed work that day, without pay. If Dr. Locke reads this, please consider how inconvenient it is for your patients to be rescheduled on short notice. It doesn't just affect you.

  From the front office to the back door every word and action taken was to see that I received the best care I needed. My expections were surpassed. Thank each of you and GOD bless you and the service you provide!

  Both times I’ve been the wait is very long but the care and treatment are worth the wait. Dr. Locke is excellent, taking the time to make sure your surgery is successful. His staff is extremely attentive and very kind.
