They say they close at 7:30 pm but wouldn’t let me be seen because the kiosk said no, it was too late. If they close at 7, the hours should say 7 pm. If they close at 7:30 pm, they should see the only person there asking to be seen at 7 pm.

- KBKurtis BakerDec 9, 20201.0I scheduled a COVID Testing appt for today at 12:15 but when I showed up at 12:10, parked in clinic parking, and called the number to inform them I had arrived I was told that I was 10 minutes late and that I could come in and wait. I told her I just scheduled the appt for 12:15 the day before and blocked it off on my work calendar, and she said that's impossible because they only allow appt booking on the hour and my appt was for 12. I checked by confirmation email, and she was right.. I did end up getting an appt for 12. But I know I wasn't crazy so I went back to the website to schedule another appointment and LOW AND BEHOLD... you CAN book appointments between the hours! So I am not crazy, I did book a 12:15 appointment, and their appointment booking website is misleading and I guess it will just assign you an appointment to the nearest hour from your selection. IDK... if you want peace of mind and a smooth process then I would go somewhere else.
