It’s actually insane, they make it very obvious in their face and tone they hate their jobs. They might not care about other peoples prescriptions bc they’re not the ones taking it, but it’s their job to understand how important it is for some. My prescription was supposed to be ready yesterday. I even called about the refill the day prior to make sure there would be no issues the next day. Never received my text confirming it was ready for pick up. So I call, wait on hold for 20 min. Just for them to tell me, that “their day was full of prescriptions for people with life threatening situations” and that’s why I won’t be able to pickup until tomorrow. They don’t get to decide whose prescriptions are more important, I could get sick from not staying on track! But i hate confrontation and told them that it was no problem. Today I call to check if it’s ready and they put me on hold, and I have not been able to talk to 1 person from the pharmacy. I know I could just go up there, but every time I’ve done that before I'll drive 20 min. Be told that it won’t be ready for a couple more hours and end up having to do unnecessary back and forth driving just do get medicine that is already in the process of being filled. Do better & get new staff that actually care.
