  I was faced with leaving my best friend in a very bad place. Her husband was in the hospital and she was facing taking care of him upon his release, and she barely could take care of herself. I live in another state and had to return home. However, my friend wouldn’t even get out of bed, and was in a downward spiral of depression. Leaving her alone, I knew I’d never see my friend alive again. I didn’t know what to do, but I knew I had to find someone to come in and help take care of her. I started searching for help , and this precious angel named Ms. Anna reached out to me. She helped me to find the best care and held my hand through the entire process. She came out and met with myself and Miss Mary to go over every step of care they offered, the financial side of the care, and it was easy to see how much she cared. Even after I headed back home, this amazing woman, Ms. Anna stayed in touch with me and helped my friends when they were confused (as memory was an issue for both of my friends), and she lovingly would talk to them to help them understand. She even was concerned about me, when I had to leave and continued to reach out to keep me informed and status of their care. I truly believe that God puts people in your life when you need them most. I no longer worry about the care my friends are receiving and I know they are in great hands. Thank you Ms. Anna and Home Instead.

  We needed sitters for our vacation stay in Gatlinburg and this service was great! Everything was easy to set up and the care givers were great!

  Great people! They've been good to match personal needs with caregivers that have appropriate skills. They also are wonderful to communicate when there has to be a change and they can always be reached. Couldn't ask for anything better!

  Home Instead in Talbott has truly been a blessing for our family. They’ve cared for my uncle with such kindness and attention—something no other company has come close to. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in good hands, and any time I have a question or concern, someone is always there to help. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care and peace of mind they’ve given us.

  We were in Tennessee for a wedding. Home Instead sent a wonderful caregiver to help us with my aging mother. They asked a lot of questions about Mom in order to send the perfect match...and they did! Very friendly and accommodating.
