    The staff at the Springfield location are friendly and always helpful. Dealing with insurances is never easy but they help navigate you through to get the meds you need. I 💯 recomend.

    Ten people in line. Waited 45 mins to be told they are working on mine. Told me to take seat, now waited another 15 mins. Crazy even for a Friday night

    People are nice. Main issue is availability. I drove an hour away from where I was working to pick up scripts for my mother with MS. They list they take lunch from 1-1:30. I hustled and showed up 3 minutes early only for them to tell they cant serve me, they actually start lunch 5 minutes early. I have to now drive back across town. So you should list its from 12:55 to 1:30. Had to edit down to a 2 star after talking to my mother. They did this to her too. Except Lisa closed it 12 minutes early that day.

    DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! i called andnleft 4 messages at different times in the day-0 return calls. I get to the pharmacy 7 mins before closing, and they refuse you service. You gwt your dr to call, but they don't even return HIS calls. Walgreens may be more pricey, but at least you can gwt ahold of someone and they still serve you at 7mins before closing time. This kroger pharmacy doesn't care about the people or makin sure they get their medicine. I am moving my RX asap. I will never use kroger again for my RX.
