- SSStonkJan 26, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff member who performed the pre-checks, Ali, was extremely rude and harsh, especially toward children. He showed no patience or empathy and did not know how to communicate or reassure a child who was sick and in pain. Additionally, the nurse practitioner, Rachael Neudecker, examined my child but failed to send the prescription afterward. This became a serious issue because there was a snow and ice storm over the weekend, the clinic was closed on Saturday and Sunday, and we had no way to get help. AND MY KID IS STILL SUFFERING WITH PAIN FROM LAST THREE DAYS. Basic processes like patient communication and prescription handling were not followed. If staff members are unable to treat patients—especially children—with empathy, patience, and professionalism, they should not be working in a clinical setting. When a clinic fails in basic care and follow-up, it puts patients—especially children—at unnecessary risk. This should be taken very seriously by management.
