It says you close at 8 PM I was there at 7:45 the other night and you were closed. Which meant I had to go another day without my meds. Please correct this and I’ll take this down.

With that said I've always been given great service from these folks considering all their challenges. I feel now they have overcome and conquered and are working diligently at continuing to provide a Great Service. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy you guys Rock.
- ASAmy StillFeb 1, 20221.0We have used this pharmacy for 3 years and watched it steadily get worse and worse they are so short staffed the pharmacist is literally handling the front registers and filling going back n forth I mean a pharmacist should be counting and her full attention on her job any store manager could come back n help check people out I truely use to love this pharmacy but since the remodel ??!! AKAKAKAA just not happy at all thought it would be better But they did not have the staff before when it was smaller why would they have more staff now that it’s bigger they literally have two people back there it’s ridiculous the lines are longer and longer and longer and now you have to walk away back in the back of the store for the remodel and it’s ridiculous I just really not happy sorry Kroger we are staying with Kroger we’re going to a different Kroger

I understand being understaffed but refusing to give me my medication before 10 when there is no one in line and it's dead is terrible. I work during the hours they said I come back and can't get anyone to pick it up for me. This isn't the only issue here it was just the one that sent me over.
