  Transferred to this clinic due to a recent COVID positive test which is understandable. However, we arrived and the site is closed. Called the regular location in McMinnville TN and they had no idea. Called the main number to Fresenius and a receptionist was zero help as well. No I’m seems to know why this clinic is closed. Google says they are open but a sign says closed. This is a poor ran business and we will be transferring to a new provider.

  Like all Fresenious, Kidney Care facilities, the patient is priority and care is exceptional. The staff understands this and operates with a sense of purpose. This focus is ubiquitous in all aspects of the organisation, something that can be lost in our progression as a society. Witnessing this with regularity and without bias of having direct patient interaction, allows for a more informed view of this dynamic, while maintaining an objective disposition. Anything less than exceptional is, in my opinion, limited in scope and one-dimensional.
