  10 out of 10! Super friendly front and back staff. Quick efficient appointment, it didn’t feel rushed nor was I having to wait long. Explained everything along the way. Clean office. Would recommend to friends & family.

  Amazing service from the front desk to the in room to the eye glass purchase. Remarkable staff and they made the mood light with laughter. Excellent service!

  as i made my appointment, i saw the business name had changed, and worried there may have been a shake up in the staff. i was relieved to see the people i was used to were still there. they were quite busy when i got there, and i had a bit of a wait. the receptionist later told me they had walk-ins show up that morning and were busier than expected, and the staff apologized for the wait. in recent years i've gone there to have my retinas checked and while I'm there i go ahead and get an updated rx for glasses. the cost for a prescription is cheaper than i think it'll be; it was $45. the staff there is both friendly and professional, and i overall enjoy my visits there.

  They argued that they wanted to do a diabetic screening and do my eye exam on another day, instead of a regular eye exam, which I had an appointment for. For the eye exam, they did not do all the regular things they usually do, like dilation, and screening for glaucoma. They said that was part of the diabetic exam now. They will charge my regular health insurance for that and I will have to pay a copay. The person at the front desk said they do that for the insurance since they got new owners. They didn't have my old records on file. No idea where they went. I went to a different eye doctor and got a full exam all in one day. Their prescription was completely different. I won't be back to Cumberland Eye Care. New ownership has really changed things, unfortunately. However, I saw the same OD that I saw two years ago. She wanted to know where I got my prescription, since the prism was now the opposite. I saw her two years ago. Glad I went to another eye doctor.
