  Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Private medical information was handled loudly and publicly in a waiting room.They violated HIPAA compliance. Completely humiliating and unacceptable. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL COSTS.

  This was the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. Empathy and kindness would be revolutionary for the staff here. The blonde woman with short hair was beyond rude, showing no sense of discretion or respect. When a patient is clearly seeking help and mentions that a situation may be embarrassing, you do not announce it to a lobby full of people. As someone who also works in the medical field, I find it appalling to be treated so disrespectfully. I would like to file a formal complaint if the “owner” would like to reach out to me directly.

  I've been here several times and haven't had any issues. Writing a review for today's visit because I walked right out and forgot to do the survey on the check in monitor. I had a blood draw with Jeanine today. She was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in no time, even though I was a few minutes late. I booked an appointment online. Looking at the other reviews it would be good for you to know that yes, there is no receptionist available to speak to if you have questions. I personally don't have a problem with this but if you're "old school" this might bother you. This isn't something the staff has any control over. There is an app (which can be buggy) that may be able to help with questions? You can check in with the app, but you have to be at the location and use the check in tablet to get the QR code. If you don't want to use the app, you can check in on the tablet and (heads up) it will ask to scan your driver's license to confirm who you are. If you like to talk to a receptionist and would prefer to sign in on a sheet of paper, this isn't the location for you. I don't know if all the locations are set up like this?
