- JJJdm (jdm496)Jan 14, 20261.0Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I needed my medication for pain relief after a surgery and it was never ready for pick up when I went in. One lady told me that I had a lot of people in front of me and had to wait until tomorrow. I kindly said I had surgery a couple hours ago and she got it to me in 30 minutes. One day it took them 4 1/2 hours after my estimated pickup to fill one prescription. I was in excruciating pain because of these people and it was very frustrating. I also wanted to note that these are not kind people. Most of them had attitudes and nasty faces to make about the situation. I will be changing pharmacies for sure. I recommend you avoid this place as it is an unorganized train wreck.

- NHName HereSep 25, 20201.0Could not find my prescriptions in the system. Completely useless. I even offered the prescription numbers but they would not take them. Finally discovered they had been transfeedr to another Kroger store without me requesting it. I don't know why the staff could not figure out why they were transfered and why they couldn't find them. Wasted a lot of time. Now they are closed every day for a lunch break.... Let's make this even less convenient shall we.
