- JKJudy KnowltonFeb 25, 20261.0Horrible service. Had a Rx called in. Got the notification that it was received. Then one that said it was ready for pick up. I drive down. Then get told that it only says " take 1" but because it didn't say how many times a day they refused to give it to me. I stood there 30 min finally asked if they had contacted the Dr. Was told" we are working on it" finally I walk back out to get my phone. I call the dr office. Got answer immediately. Explained situation. They re-sent. I still had to wait forever for them to simply change the label.
