  I trust Dr. Ben, Dr. Sam, and the OG Godfather with my oral health and security and my children’s. None of us are scared to go, and my kids even look forward to going. I’ve always gotten the help I need when I need it. Thank you Thomas Family Dentistry!

  I’ve had such a great experience at Thomas Family Dentistry! From the moment you walk in, the front desk team makes you feel welcome. They’re always friendly, organized, and happy to help with scheduling or any questions. It really sets the tone for a positive visit. The hygienists are absolutely wonderful. They’re thorough, gentle, and always take the time to carefully go over your teeth. I really appreciate how they explain everything they’re seeing and clearly recommend what you can do to improve or maintain your dental health. They never rush and always make sure you’re comfortable. Overall, it’s a professional, caring, and well-run practice. I highly recommend Thomas Family Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

  TLDR: if you want a dentist that is more personal, available and who respects your time chose a different option. I have been a patient for about two and a half years at this point. In that time, I have had maybe 4 appointments none of which I would say have been pleasant. The staff barely spoke to me and most appointments I had no idea what we were doing. Is it a cleaning? What are the findings? Anything I need to change or work on? No idea, why? Because they barely spoke to me. The dentist pops in takes a quick glance then runs out to see someone else. It very much seems like they are over extended and want to move as quickly as possible to get another butt in the seat. So, I show up for my appointment today…that was booked in the spring.🫠 I received a confirmation text, realized I would be on a business trip so I called to reschedule. Next appointment? October…… it’s February. I decide to keep the appointment and show up at 7:45 only to be told “my insurance is no longer in network” …excuse me? Is this not something that should have been broached before I rocked up to your business? Maybe when I spoke to yall the Friday before? Well naturally they just found out. Open enrollment is in the fall, most effective in January and you “just” found out? Naturally, I was told I can keep the appointment and just pay out of pocket ….for a service I had insurance to cover. Yea no. I’ll just find a new office who respects my time. Do not get me wrong I am not upset that my insurance is no longer in network. I am frustrated because this business wasted my time as well as the time of the coverage I had to arrange for the work trip I had to miss. Businesses go out of their way to prevent folks wasting their time, confirmation texts, emails, fees for canceling etc. but when it comes to the folks who make their business possible they don’t have the same priorities. So if that is important to when trying to find a new dentist this one isn’t it.

  This is an awesome dental practice. I have been using this practice for 30 years and wouldn't gi to anyone else. Everyone is always super friendly and considerate.
