I also have a sick husband and 10 month old that insisted on coming with me because they were worried about me driving. Checked in and I was the 3 rd In line. I sat there for over an hour waiting to be seen I ended up leaving because I felt so bad I couldn’t sit there any longer and felt bad for my kid and husband having to wait for me. Over an hour for one person is unacceptable for a clinic. Probably will not go back.
- BGBrett GarveySep 18, 20165.0Now that there's We Hold Your Spot (WHYS), you can get a spot in line so others in the waiting room won't jump in front of you when you reach the clinic. It's not a guaranteed appointment time but an approximation which should save the time you would have otherwise waited; most patients have been very happy with having this option even if they still have to wait. Lunch time is usually the hardest to predict from 12:30-2:00 and the clinic usually gets very busy right before closing time.
