The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
These people don't listen at all. I brought my mom in and referred to her for help with questions if need be and the NP from oak ridge put in all my chart notes that she's my sister. If y'all can listen about something that small, how do I know you listened about my health problems correctly. Also they call you multiple times and expect a call back and you can't get through to the exact person that keeps calling. Told someone in customer service that the nurse could call me with results after 4pm due to me being at work and what do you know the nurse calls an hour after me saying that(11am) boy they really don't listen

Walked up to the desk and the woman that was in the phone told me to stop when I attempted checking in. When she got off the phone she asked me what insurance I had and she says “we don’t accept that, that’s why I told you not to check in” she assumed I had insurance they wouldn’t cover which is insanely rude. Can’t speak for the doctors or nurses there but the lady at the front desk needs a course on not being a b.

Service was prompt. They explain to you first thing that they spend time with each patient to be thorough to give each person the best care possible. Which I feel is what I got. The best care. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions they even gave me a follow up call! My own PCP doesn't do that. Thankyou for great care!
