  The worst. If you want to waste your time. Go here. I experienced severe seasonal allergies and waited 2 hours to see the nurse practitioner that told me “you would have to see an allergist” and told hold tight while she gets paperwork. Half an hour goes by now 2 and a half hours of my day wasted for them to tell me “oh we texted the paperwork to you.” Poor communication Poor service And apparently by the “expertise” I experienced. Poor education.

  Although the staff was friendly their ability to resolve my medical situation was extremely disappointing. I continue to experience the same issues that I was treated for. My past experience with AFC urgent care for the same issue was resolved and was delightful. I was hoping to have a similar experience but with less than 1 days worth of medication left I have no relief this time around.

  Came to urgent care after having severe lower back pain. Dr Elizabeth Hathaway was my provider. She really cared about my problem and showed compassion. She provided me with a pain relieving injection and sent an order for an X ray. Very thorough examination. I’m already feeling a little better.

  The medical staff was great. The fact that you didn’t accept my insurance is a big negative. I paid 250.00 oop for a sprained wrist. Not everyone can do that. And the fact that your front desk staff found a supposed collection balance that I never received a bill for was also a big negative. I will likely not come back. I’ll take me chances with an emergency room instead.
