  I never leave a review but I wanted to in this case. The young man at the Oakland TN pharmacy, what a fantastic role model for young people and literally everyone. Clearly has disability, but works and very sweet. Let nothing stop or slow you down!!

  I have used Kroger n Oakland, TN for YEARS! In Jan 2023, my Ins changed pharn’s & made us switch to Walgreens or Walmart, which was n our area. TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED WITH EITHER SERVICE [“W OR W!”] WE Changed Insurance [TRUE] & went back to KROGER, OAKLAND.THEY TREAT ME PERFECTLY & I won’t go elsewhere! If you can't get along with them, it’s YOU, not them! Sorry, if the truth hurts!

  I have had very good service with everyone in the pharmacy department; until tonight. I have to get a B12 shot once a month. In the past there was never a problem. But the pharmacist said she wouldn’t do it because the pharmacy was closing in 30 minutes. She didn’t say I am sorry I can’t do it she just rudely said I am not going to do it. She wasn’t doing anything except texting on her phone at the counter. Typical black woman; if I had been black she would have been happy to do it.
