- JLJohn LeeNov 9, 20161.0Had my child's prescription sent over from the doctor for her ear infection, went to go pick it up an hour later and they claim they never got a prescription so I had the doctor call it in again. Called back to Kroger to make sure they received the prescription and they said they did and it would take an hour. Waited an hour and 20 mins and went back up there to pick up my medicine and they tell me, "well we got the prescription but we will have to order the medicine" I ask them why did they not call me and let me know and all they say to me is " there is no excuse I'm sorry"..this is not the first time they screw up on my family's medicine. I will definitely not be back in the future. They have a bunch of morons working there.
