I was first in the waiting room and a couple that came in after me was brought back first, probably because the woman was rude and throwing a fit that they had to wait. They also had an 8:30 appt and didn’t do any of the preregistration paperwork. Not opening on time and letting someone sit in the waiting room after doing pre registration paperwork is unacceptable. I also work in healthcare and would never be able to get away with anything like that. Do better.
