  The Nurse Practitioner, Sharon, does a great job. Honest, kind, and actually explains what is wrong and how we fix it. She is no BS and very caring. Highly recommend.

  What a joke, I scheduled a TB test and had been waiting for them to call me to tell me that the results came in and id come in but nope, now id have to spend another 64 damn dollars on miscommunication through them. Dont recommend this place.

  If you want to call and speak to someone, good luck. The AI robot directing information is absolutely terrible. And when you do get to the line for someone to speak to they will never pick up.

  Lights still off at 8:45 am, scheduled appt was at 8:30 am, for just a vaccine. I was first in the waiting room and a couple that came in after me was brought back first, probably because the woman was rude and throwing a fit that they had to wait. They also had an 8:30 appt and didn’t do any of the preregistration paperwork. Not opening on time and letting someone sit in the waiting room after doing pre registration paperwork is unacceptable. I also work in healthcare and would never be able to get away with anything like that. Do better.

  Super easy medical help. Make an appointment online, sure up, see the doctor or nurse, done. There is occasionally a wait but never longer than 20 minutes, in my experience. The staff seem to actually listen to what you're saying, and lab results don't take any longer than you would expect.
