Always fast and professional. The staff is very well informed about vaccines and various medications. I trust the staff and to me, that's most important.

I was shocked to see that the ratings for this pharmacy were low. I have been using them for 3 years and never had any issue with them. My prescriptions are are filled on time, the staff if always friendly, and they have helped me save the most money by helping me understand the different insurances and programs that I have. It's the only place I go.

The Kroger pharmacy in Oak Ridge,TN; is and always has been a worthless excuse for a Pharmacy. It's amazing how every single employee as well as the pharmacist are the laziest people I've ever seen. I've been given a critical attitude 3 different times by the Pharmacist themselves. Every pharmacy in Oak Ridge that opens at 9am has had my Rx ready in 20 minutes or less allowing me to have my medication by 9:20am when Kroger tells everyone not to show up for refills before 11am. I have chronic panic disorder and having to wait
any amount of extra time due to the ignorance and lack of work ethic is so ridiculous and increases my anxiety 5 fold. The only reason I am forced to deal with these idiots is because I live in poverty and can barely afford my meds from Kroger as it is.

I will be switching after finding out this is not 24 hours anymore.... There is also a tech there named melissa who has given me miss information. I take heart related medicine that you cant skip, i called at 7 pm for a refill to be told it would be 2 pm the next day.... Then told to come anytime after 10 30.... And i told her it would work with my timeline and i would be there around 11.... Was not told they would be closing at 11.... So to my surprise the pharmacy was closed when i got there a few minutes after 11 and now i get to go a full day without my medicine since i have to be at work in a diffrent town at 8 am and wont be home til 7 or 8 pm.... I have also been told they cant tell me the price of my medicine till i come to pick it up....which is the dumbest thing i have ever heard from a pharmacy that gives me prices over the phone all the time.... Im not going to waste their time or my gas if it will be 100 dollars for 30 pills.... Found out my insurance paid 100 percent... And then was told in store i should of been told that..... And this is my final story and why i am switch to wal greens.... I broke my foot about a year ago and needed crutches.... I was literally stuck in my car with no way to walk or get out of the car without help at all... The drive thur told me i would have to come inside to get my crutches.... So i could walk... When i explained i couldnt put weight on my leg and had no way of getting in to the store and asked if maybe a worker could help me .... Even a cart person ... I was told no.... When i asked of i could pay for them and someone just run them out to me in front... Was told no. To the point i cried becuase i was stuck in my car with no help.... I went to wal greens and within 10 minutes i had crutchs and didnt have to get out of my car... The tech walked the 20 -30 feet to the door after i paid and gave them to me without me having to get out of car or tears . ... It took krogers longer to tell me no and refuse to help then it did for one tech to be gone for 5 mins .... I have been a kroger pharmacy customer since i was born and kroger has been a family name but i think i will be give my time to wallgreen since right now i could be sleeping instead of panicing over how will i get my medicine.
