She was incredibly attentive from start to finish and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She handled the insurance side of things for me, and everything went seamlessly. Sam also took the time to give thoughtful opinions on what frames suited my face shape best, which I really appreciated. She even brought out additional colors I was interested in so I could compare options. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole visit. Highly recommend!

I didn’t feel rushed and the lighting in the store with the skylight is amazing. Will def return to her to find more styles. I do love the interactive experience the website has, but, if you can I def recommend going into the store, the experience is 1000x better.

So I went online and bought a pair of Warby Parker frames. To my dismay, when they arrived, I hated how they looked. I saw there was a brick and mortar store in Nashville, so I brought them there to exchange and try on frames. The ladies were so helpful and friendly and kept picking new glasses for me to try on. We settled on 2 great new frames and I can't wait to receive them!!

I walked in, explained my situation, and was expecting that it would be a couple of hours to fix them, so I expected to drop them off and pick them back up before close at the very best. The optometrist said it would take five minutes. She was gracious and took the time for a non patient that walked in off the street to fix his glasses! She truly was a “little hinge that swung a big door” and I’m grateful for her professionalism and kindness to help me. I would highly recommend this location !!! Thank you again!!
