The front desk was amazing super friendly and easy to talk to. Taylor did my cleaning and she was wonderful! so kind, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Ormaza was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt overwhelmed, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out is that even before my appointment, they wanted to understand exactly what was going on with my tooth and made me feel like they truly cared about finding the best solution for me. They were honest, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell or push anything unnecessary. Also, the office itself is beautiful! so clean, neat, and just a really nice, comfortable space. It honestly adds to the whole experience. You can tell this practice is run by a great doctor, and the whole team reflects that. Everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely cares. I’m so glad I finally found a place in Nashville where I feel confident going back. You really feel taken care of here. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the staff members, Erica, even held my hand during the procedure and talked with me to help keep me calm, which I thought was really sweet. Everything went smoothly, and I had no complications. My swelling went down a lot by the next day. Dr. Ormaza and his team are amazing, and I would definitely recommend them.
