  I came in very anxious about having my blood drawn, and Ambra was so kind and professional. She talked me through the entire process. I hope management knows what an amazing individual she is. I highly recommend this location.

  The phlebotomists I've had here have been great at drawing blood from my terrible veins. However.... Every time I've been to this location, I have an issue having my orders pulled up from my out-of-state doctor, and that's not even my main complaint. I am going to have to find another location to get my labs done, because there is a large amount of mold in the waiting room. I am trying to recover from Lyme and mold toxicity, which I can not do at a medical facility that has a mold infestation. Masks and social distancing do not work when there is mold in the walls, ceiling, and air. My cotton mask will not block those spores. Plus, who knows what medical equipment is contaminated that I may have to interact with while I'm there...the iPads, the chairs, the blood collection tubes, the open gauze, the tourniquets, etc. I hope the other facilities in Nashville are in better shape than this one.

  Lady at front desk had a very nasty rude and funky attiude with my daughter for no apparent reason, to the point she was almost in tears, and my daughter said good morning and everything to her. If you don't like your job then stay at home!!

  Wonderful nursing staff with huge task of drug testing...better get here between 830 am and 300 pm if you want a drug test...not open on a Saturday. ...nurses encouraging good medical protocol...
