  I have very small veins and it is hard for many less skilled phlebotomists to find them and hit them without repeated sticks. Jade found a good one and hit it quickly with one stick and virtually no pain and no bruising afterwards. She was prompt, efficient, cheerful, professional and skilled.

  Awful. Had appointment. 2 hour wait. No customer service. Just a kiosk. I have never had a worse experience at a testing lab.

  I can be hard to stick. The tech who took my blood took her time and was very careful. She tried one arm and couldn’t connect to the vein, then she was able to get a vein in the other arm. She kept checking with me to make sure I was ok. Usually after getting blood drawn I have bruises around the area, but I don’t have any bruising after my visit.

  Very disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. I arrived on time for my appointment but still had to wait over 20 minutes past my scheduled time. What made it even more frustrating was that there were staff members available, yet the process was extremely inefficient and no one seemed to be helping patients in a timely manner. Appointments should mean something, especially when people take time out of their day to show up on time. The lack of organization and respect for patients’ time was unacceptable. I hope this location improves its workflow and patient management.

  Tasha & the others phlebotomists made my 7 year old daughter feel very comfortable. They were very professional & went above and beyond!
