  I did the escape robot massage and it was my first experience having a massage like this and it was such an amazing experience. Natalie checked me in and was very kind, attentive, and throughly walked me through my massage process. Highly recommend!

  Such a relaxing experience! I did a 1.5 session inside the sauna and cold plunge room. The room was the perfect size with a massage gun, hair ties, shampoo and conditioner and towels. The room also gave you the opportunity to connect to the Bluetooth speakers so you can play any music you want. The staff were so welcoming and kind. 10/10 recommend.

  Clean. Great aesthetic. Wonderful owners who are friendly and go over everything thoroughly. All the amenities for a very reasonable price. Looking forward to coming back
