Pat has been incredible to work with. I originally came in for migraines and neck pain, but he’s also helped me work through shoulder issues, knee pain, and a variety of other things along the way. He’s extremely knowledgeable and always takes a thoughtful, personalized approach. He’s also very easy to work with—flexible, responsive, and just genuinely great at what he does. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy he is to talk to. I do dry needling regularly, and being able to have a relaxed, pleasant conversation during treatment makes a huge difference. Highly recommend Pat to anyone looking for a physical therapist who is both skilled and great to work with.

I started working with Jordan about three weeks ago after experiencing ligament and joint pain in my left knee, and we clicked immediately. I’m currently training for a Hyrox, so slowing down is incredibly hard for me because i’m such an active person—but Jordan has truly been a godsend. She instantly put me at ease, clearly explained what’s causing my symptoms, what to avoid so I can heal properly, and how we can keep me moving without setting my recovery back. She helped me build a realistic plan that lets me stay active and keep my sanity while my knee heals. In just this short time, I’m already back to doing hip thrusts and RDLs to maintain muscle mass, and my knee pain improves more and more with each PT session and weekly treatment. I’m genuinely so grateful for her and couldn’t recommend working with her more highly. If you’re an athlete dealing with ANY kind of injury, go see Jordan—she’s the absolute best!!!

Amanda is the best! I’ve been to two other PTs for lower back pain with no major relief. I had decided I would just have to live with the pain if Amanda couldn’t help. After three months I have days where it doesn’t bother me at all. So pleased with my progress! We talk about ways to improve my fitness for tennis and running. And chasing grandkids🤣. Nutrition and workouts. You have her undivided attention while you’re there unlike some other places. I highly recommend her!!!
