- KKK G (KG)Jan 8, 20261.0Incredibly rude staff. I asked a question on the phone and the woman on the other end sighed and said “oh my god.” It was rude and unprofessional. Walgreens next door was kind and helpful.
- MPMarco PoloNov 6, 20251.0My girlfriend came in to pick up medication and groceries. She was harassed by two women (with a young child) for wearing a mask. They followed her, yelled at her, and called her awful names while she was crying and trying to get away. No one at Kroger stepped in. Employees did nothing and the security guard standing a few feet away did absolutely nothing. Complete coward, completely unacceptable, completely unsafe. Needless to say she did not get her medication or groceries.

So here I am getting sicker, running a fever, no antibiotic to help. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Dealing with this pharmacy is a nightmare!

Been using this pharmacy for 6 months now and my prescription has NEVER been ready in time, not even once. My latest strategy has been to wait for 3 days after my doctor calls a prescription in but even this is to no avail. It is NEVER ready and I have to putter around Kroger for 30 minutes or leave and come back hours later because I guess it takes hours to put pills in a bottle. This place is a joke.
