- JPJohn PickensDec 21, 20195.0I love my neighborhood Kroger, but there is a really weird attendant that works at the self checkout area. He always gets way too close to me when I am checking out just so he can get my basket. He once jumped in front of me so he could ring up my avocado, and I didn't really appreciate it. I'm a grown man and I've been ringing up my own avocados for longer than this guy has been employable. There is something little EVERY time I go through self-scan which is where I go when I'm not really trying to interact with anyone. He stands almost directly in my way so he can greet me, and I find his greetings to be sarcastic or sycophantic. The last incident was that he again stood in my way on my way out with my groceries and he said "good luck, sir" which I found to be sarcastic and disrespectful. Good luck for what? Tell this guy to tone it down. You know exactly who it is.
