  Have been using this pharmacy for 20 years. Always friendly and helpful, particularly Yasmin and Shwikar, but everyone seems to make an effort at customer service. Have seen very rude and demanding customers at times, wondering if they're the ones putting in the negative reviews here.

  The pharmacist Yasmin is quite rude. This is not my first time interacting her and have had a bad experience. I needed my inhaler for bronchitis and she refused to check because the pharmacy was closing in 10 minutes. The fact that she acted like me needing to breathe was an inconvenience is insane to me. She either needs to be fired or go through a very rigorous training on how to treat patients. Anyway I ended up back at the hospital.

  Been coming here 4 years getting the same prescription every single time. Suddenly last night I'm told along with my inject able testosterone refill I also need another prescription for needles? That's not true, there is no law like that in Tennessee. When I asked the very short Indian woman what she was talking about she was rude and cruel. I have been coming to this location for years getting the exact same prescription and nothing changed except that the drug dealer had a bad day, so I dont get my medicine because its already 7pm? I'll go to publix for RX like I already do for shopping.

  Pharmacy tech was rude, pulled the thing out to put your card in and she left and my card was just sitting there able to be stolen if someone walked up. She then ignored me when I asked to put my kroger number in and when I said it again she said I should’ve told her sooner. Just don’t go here, it’s trash.
