Thompson Lane Eye Care is a full service eye and vision care provider, accepting both eye emergencies as well as scheduled appointments. Patients throughout the Nashville area come to Thompson Lane Eye Care because they know they will receive the personal attention and professional care that is our foundation. Dr. Jones and our team are dedicated to keeping our patients comfortable and well-informed at all times. At Thompson Lane Eye Care, we will explain every exam and procedure and answer all of our patients' questions. Additionally, at Thompson Lane Eye Care, we offer vision financing options and will work with vision insurance providers to ensure good eye health and vision care for all of our patients.

- SKSarah KatkoFeb 4, 20264.0The staff that does the eye exam is fantastic! They are kind and fast! I didnt wait but maybe 3 mins in the waiting room for my appointment. The woman who sells the glasses however is a bit pushy and rude. Basically.... get the exam here then buy the glasses online.
- BLBaxey LynnDec 4, 20231.0Do not recommend ! Waited a month for my glasses. I called weekly. Got a different excuse each time. They blamed my insurance for being slow. Etc. She had them sitting on the desk the whole time. Said the lenses were processing without the frames ?! Then said oops. I'm currently sitting at a different eye care. In response : No actually they received a claim for the visit. They NEVER received one for the glasses. Easily verifiable. Yes, it was a different excuse weekly. I record all phone calls.Also the new eye care can't even enter my contact prescription into the computer. It isn't a real prescription as written. The Dr. Was very nice and competent. I wish I could say the same for her front desk staff.

- JCJeremy CrantekJan 29, 20164.0Eye exam went without a problem and the doctor was very friendly. Lenses came in but had a slight problem with the anti-reflective coating. They said it shouldn't be a problem and will replace them.
