Showed up at 348pm, they close at 4, with my 8 month old with pink eye. There were no patients in the clinic and the provider giggled at me and told me they were closed and I couldn't be seen. He unfortunately showed no compassion in that moment. I am not one to write reviews but this rubbed me the wrong way and was very disheartening. As a healthcare provider part of this job is showing compassion and understand, which he did not do.

Easy to make an appointment for your vaccines! The nurse practitioner and his staff are 5 stars customer service! After getting my
Vaccine, I felt little pain the next day! ⭐️

The clinic administrator paid close attention and took note of all my symptoms to tell the nurse.
I had 2 full days with migraine and the nurse Igor attended me with patience and kindness. He examined me carefully and gave me an injection. His method was fast and efficient. The migraine is over. Thank you very much!!!

very rude woman at front desk, rude on the phone and in person. when I arrived to my appointment I told her I was coughing so I would like to get a flu or covid test and she said i’d have to go to the hospital since i was coughing and refused to test me. I told her I could not afford the hospital, and she still wouldn’t test me. doesn’t care about the patients i’ll say that for sure. the clinic on hwy 70 is much kinder, more caring and efficient. I would recommend just going to 70 if you’re wanting to go to the little clinic.

This is the most unorganized, unprepared clinic I have ever been to. Weeks ago when I scheduled appointments for my 2 girls & I to get Covid/Flu vaccines we waited almost 2 hours...despite having made appointments well in advance. Today when I showed up for my pre-scheduled appointment for my daughter's 2nd covid dose we were told they were out of the vaccine & we would have to reschedule with another clinic....I received MULTIPLE emails & texts reminding ME of this scheduled appointment--in which I was informed that a $20 fee would be charged if we didn't show up or cancel in time...but apparently the clinicians themselves aren't required to do any prep work to get ready for their patients & don't provide any monetary compensation for wasting OUR time. When I expressed my frustration not one of the 3 clinicians even so much as offered me an apology--just made ridiculous excuses about not having ANY idea who or what was on the schedule until a day before...funny, I was receiving reminder emails/texts a week ago. If they don't value their patients time as much as they value their own I don't see how they can stay in business. They certainly won't be getting any more of mine.
