- MKMike KneelandJan 31, 20222.05 stars: friendliness of NP, efficiency of visit (within 5 min), on-time engagement compared to appt. time, actual vaccination service 1 star: transparency of payment process, triage process; extremely shady billing practices! When a customer provides payment/insurance information, you need to inform them right then what the cost of the service will be out of pocket. Given that all procedures you provide are textbook, low-acuity tasks (shots, sniffles, etc), this is very reasonable and customary. (unlike surgeries, emergencies, etc) To tell me up front that my flu shot is covered by insurance and invite me back to the room only for me to receive a bill for $95 2 weeks later because --OOPS!-- turns out the Little Clinic is out of network for me? This is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this facility until the triage and payment process are smoothed out and more transparent to us patients/customers.
