Davon was so beyond helpful. The temple of my glasses had gotten crushed and he was kind and meticulous in fixing them!

Andrew was amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, conversational, and patient as we waded through every option for our three pair of glasses, and worked for us to get the best deal possible. We never felt rushed even though it’s right at the end of the year and it’s a very busy time for them. Plus, we had insurance coverage screw ups when we were trying to check out, and he continued to be wonderfully patient, never frustrated, and we never felt rushed. We can’t rate him highly enough!

Andrew was the epitome of knowledge and customer service during my experience at LensCrafters. He was incredibly personable, patient, and engaging during the entire visit. His passion for his job, not to mention his knowledge and keen sense of style for eyewear, is unparalleled. I can't say thank you enough for his help and expertise especially during the end of the year rush and insurance challenges that pursued. Andrew, thank you for making it all such a great experience!

The eye doctor was knowledgeable and personable. The eyewear salesperson knew the specs on the product and the pricing options, helpfully making me aware of a coupon discount.

DaVon and Andrew were great to work with. They got us set up quickly and made sure my wife and I had our glasses in time for our next trip to Nashville. The process of sending in our prescriptions and ordering the glasses was completely seamless and stress-free. We live two hours away, and if you live in or around Nashville, it’s definitely worth visiting LensCrafters in Green Hills to get the glasses you need.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
