Not only is she consistently rude to me every time I call or visit the store, but she has repeatedly made me feel bad for asking questions about my medication. I’ve even caught her in multiple nonsensical lies. One particularly frustrating incident occurred when I called in the morning to inquire about the availability of my medication. A man answered the phone and informed me that it would be ready at 11. I arrived at the store at 11 and found Maria at the front. I expressed my readiness to pick up my medication, and she responded by claiming that my doctor had just sent it in 10 minutes earlier. However, I had confirmed that it would be ready at 11, and I had also received a text message two days prior stating that they had received it. Maria looked disgusted at me and rudely asked, “Who did you talk to? Because nobody would have told you it would be ready by 11.” I didn’t know the person’s name, and she blankly stared at me in silence before finally saying, “Well, I don’t know what to tell you because it’s not ready.” This incident is just one of many where Maria has treated me in this manner. On the other hand, there’s Hunter, who has always been extremely communicative and accommodating. I cross my fingers every time I call that it’s her and not Maria. It’s incredibly frustrating that I’m made to feel “out of line” for expressing my need for my medication.
