  I was looking for Nyquil and came across an open box. I took the open box to the pharmacy counter only to be told by the girl behind the counter & her exact words were "that's not my job, that's the people that stock the shelves." Is it not the job or perhaps the duty of someone in a professional position such as a pharmacist to protect the public from tampered medicine that may be poisoned? Is Krogers policy to make the customer wonder the store with an opened box of Nyqul hoping they don't pester an employee with ownership of the problem? Truly, may the buyer beware, because no one else is looking out for you.

  This is a great pharmacy, the service is excellent! Courtney is the best ever pharmacist! She always work for the patient's best interest. Try the 90 day prescription program and reduce your trips for meds.

  COURTNEY is the absolute BEST! She is the only pharmacist at this location that sincerely cares she went above and beyond to get me my medicine when NOBODY else cared even my insurance company. COURTNEY if you see this Bless you! ❤️
