- JJJessicaDec 2, 20251.0Love how this was rebranded the “germantown Kroger” after renovation. 😂 I cannot believe they didn’t bother to expand the parking lot. This parking lot is a nightmare as well as every other Kroger in Nashville. From the time they close, I was wondering what their plans were for the parking lot and apparently they didn’t take that into consideration because a bigger store means them making more money and they don’t care how much time it takes somebody to find a spot to park. I’ll stick to Publix and Whole Foods.

They do not answer the phone, ever. They take forever to fill a prescription, when they have the medication. They do not contact you or the dr office if there is an issue, and reminder, they don't answer the phone so you can never get anything resolved. Terrible, just terrible.
