This is the absolute worst circus of a pharmacy. Most of the staff I’ve had interactions with have been incredibly rude and snotty- with the exception on a very nice guy who works there. You can call in a prescription, they quote you a time, you show up, and surprise; no one’s put in the prescription. Whoever manages this branch needs more training and to teach their staff to be kind. Or better yet, just shut the whole thing down if it can’t be run properly. A total joke.

This Pharmacy sucks !!! I have electronic scripts sent in by my doc . When i go to pick them up they are never ready . I’m told give me 20 mins ( that’s because i’m standing there ) . When I call , I’m told oh we have to have have it brought in . This morning when i called 3 days after my script was sent in , I was told oh it’s not ready , we can have it ready later today . When I asked WHY it takes days to file a script. Excuses , and rude attitude , when I said i’m going to change my pharmacy , I was told Ok ! Then the lady got a nasty tune and says ok give me an hour ! Everytime my scripts are full you wait hrs and hrs or days and days , this is unexceptionable !!! I will be changing my pharmacy !!

They don't have staff and hours changing very often because of lackage, I have lived here over 36 years and never seen it like it is now. Some days it's like another Kroger's pharmacy has stepped in. The COVID has definitely caused this store pharmacy.problems.No walkup window usage and cannot drive thru.
