After waiting for 1 hour with a fussy, sick toddler, they proceeded to tell me they could only fill 2 or 4 prescriptions. and then said to me that my insurance would not cover it due to the manufacturer, even though it was a simple generic antibiotic. They refuse to bill my insurance, so now, when I call to question them, I’m sure they’re not even going to know what I’m talking about. I feel like I was scammed, so they did not have to give me my insurance discount.

They gave me the wrong information multiple times after I had to call them numerous times. When the prescription was finally approved they said it would be ready in three hours. I wait a day or two to give them extra time before going to pick it up. They don't even have it and needed to order it. Again NO communication. They are ridiculously unorganized. Please avoid at all costs.

But when I returned, they said it still wasn't ready and would be another 10 minutes, I sat there waiting 25 minutes before I left. When I returned the following day, they took another 10 minutes to come tell me that it was going to cost 3 times what I paid at Walgreens. So I asked for my prescription back and will never return. I was in and out of CVS across the street in 10 minutes for half the price, do this instead of wasting your time at Kroger.
