  Slowest, most unprepared, unprofessional staff in Tennessee. They never have any medicines in stock and they never have your prescription ready when you go and get it.

  Bathrooms closed to the public. 1 star. I could give it less but Google won't let me. I will never buy here again.

  I just relocated from another state where the Kroger pharmacy crew (except 1 🫤) was kind, helpful, and overall patient focused. Then I tried the drive through pharmacy at this location multiple times. They are rude at all times but especially the woman working the drive through window 11/22 at 345 pm. I called before coming to get my prescription they told me I would get days ago and I had received NO updates. Over 2 hours ago I was told it would be ready in 1 hour. When she relayed it still wasn't ready she just looked at me with no resolution just repeating "it isn't ready". I asked when it would be since two hours ago I was told it would be done in an hour AND I had been trying to fill it including THREE previous trips to the store. She made it obvious she wasn't there to help but just to collect a paycheck. Finally after I asked a few times she said it would be 15 minutes. Fine I will sit in my car and wait. She then told me to leave the drive thru even though no one was in line. I let her know I would move if anyone pulled up. Which they did and I pulled around and got back in line. I just got back into line and she is at the window but she ignored me and walked away. I am still sitting at the window and it has been 15 minutes. She came back and ignored me while she rung up what I assumed is my prescription. She then said there was an amount due which isn't correct since I have met my deductible. I explained what I thought the issue was and she just turned away. I owed $0 and could have done without the attitude and overall inability to do what they say they are going to do. I will try Publix or other pharmacies in the area because the last thing patients need is attitude from the pharmacy team when they are just being asked to do thier job professionally.

  Might be the worst grocery store in town. They spent so much time and money to renovate this place but then just phoned it in. You can see in the store where the old Kroger starts and the Citi Trends used to be. The employees are insanely rude here, the produce is rotting on the shelves, and it smells like sewage in the store all the time. Everything is half stocked with last week's sale labels. You will want to go anywhere else, but if you try to go within an hour of closing they just won't let you in anyway.
