I have never had a problem with this pharmacy once they got to know me. They are professional and polite. Patience is one of the best employees Kroger has, in my humble opinion. She always meets with a smile and a friendly greeting. You know, one gets back what one gives. Called KARMA. ☯️☮️👍✌️🖖😊❤️

Once I got to know most the staff they're really nice and polite to me! Actually filled a script I needed and it was time for lunch but they got it together for me before they closed for lunch! I'm satisfied with my pharmacy!

Stephanie is by far the rudest employee here. I dread coming to get my meds if it means i have to interact with her.

Called to have a one percription filled. Mind it it was faxed three days before hand It was 11:30 AM on a Sunday, and I was told it would be 2 O'clock before it would be filled? LOL! This isn't the first time I have delt with there slow service. Three hours to fill a 30ct script, what a joke! This place is the worst Kroger pharmacy around. Do yourself a favor, unless you have all day to get your meds, just go somewhere else folks. I'm not usually one to give bad reviews, but in this case it was warranted. The staff is rude all the time, and one pharmacy tech can hardly speak proper English. If I could give a ZERO star I would have. ZERO STAR Rating here for sure.
They need to get all new staff for sure,if they are that slow. Glad I wasn't getting nitroglycerin pills for a heart condition or I just might have keeled over in the lobby,No joke.
