I needed my inhaler for bronchitis and she refused to check because the pharmacy was closing in 10 minutes. The fact that she acted like me needing to breathe was an inconvenience is insane to me. She either needs to be fired or go through a very rigorous training on how to treat patients. Anyway I ended up back at the hospital.

I don’t typically go to this specific pharmacy, but since it’s close to my school, I expected the same level of professionalism I receive at other Nashville Kroger locations. Unfortunately, my experience with Yasmin was very disappointing. She was not kind, showed no patience, and did not provide the customer service that is expected from a pharmacist. I’ve had this prescription for years, and it should be a straightforward process to refill it. The Kroger on Monroe Street is also nearby, so it’s normally convenient to pick up at either location, but this experience left me very unhappy. Pharmacists play a critical role in patient care, and professionalism and respect are essential. I did not appreciate the way I was treated, and I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.
