Consistently mediocre. Go to Publix or Costco instead.

I’ve been a loyal Kroger pharmacy customer for over four years and usually have no problem with my prescriptions. I don’t typically go to this specific pharmacy, but since it’s close to my school, I expected the same level of professionalism I receive at other Nashville Kroger locations. Unfortunately, my experience with Yasmin was very disappointing. She was not kind, showed no patience, and did not provide the customer service that is expected from a pharmacist. I’ve had this prescription for years, and it should be a straightforward process to refill it. The Kroger on Monroe Street is also nearby, so it’s normally convenient to pick up at either location, but this experience left me very unhappy. Pharmacists play a critical role in patient care, and professionalism and respect are essential. I did not appreciate the way I was treated, and I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I came by at 7:57pm to pick up my medicine that I need tomorrow. All closed up. Nobody's in there. Security gate is up. Window blind is down Apparently the staff just leaves whenever they want. If you're gonna close up at 7:45, then don't advertise 8:00. This isn't a burger shop where closing up early doesn't really affect anyone. People need to be able to depend that their pharmacy will be open as advertised so they can get their medicine to function regularly. I guess I'll see y'all tomorrow, assuming y'all are actually open at 9am as advertised.

If you can avoid this pharmacy, I strongly suggest you do so. For starters, everyone acted as if another lady and I were invisible. The lady that finally helped, did not know what she was doing nor did she have the best attitude.
