  I took my mother and wife here for their first class. Introduction class. They got there right at 6:31pm. Late by 1 minute. They got turned away because they were one minute late. You lost $300 a month simply because of unprofessionalism and lack of sympathy towards someone being a minute late. You ruined their experience before it even began. I would rate this a zero simply because of the front desk lady not allowing them to join the two other people already there. Glad I won’t spend my money here. And no that’s not true there is no text or email saying for them to arrive earlier. I’ve attached all the messages sent. No where does it say come earlier so that’s very contradicting to what you just replied to my review with

  I think this is one of the better studios in the area.. from the people to the facility, all an A+ My biggest piece of feedback would be to have earlier classes that the working Mom can attend.. it was so tough trying to get all my classes that I paid for completed.
