  I don’t even know where to begin—Luke has truly been a game changer for my insurance needs. Tonight was one of those chaotic mom moments… my son accidentally locked my keys in the car while we were out at dinner. I felt completely scrambled and couldn’t even think straight, let alone remember where to find the roadside assistance info tied to my health insurance policy. But what did come to mind? Luke always saying, “Call me if you ever need anything.” So I texted him—after 7pm—and he responded immediately. Not only did he reassure me that I had roadside assistance coverage, but he also sent me the exact number to call AND my policy number right away. Within minutes, everything was handled and we were able to go back to enjoying our evening. In a time where so much feels transactional and real customer service is rare, Luke stands out as truly best-in-class. And here’s the thing—this situation didn’t even relate to the type of insurance he primarily helps me with. The lockout service is a “perk” of my health insurance policy. Most people would’ve brushed it off. Not Luke. He showed up, no hesitation. That level of care, responsiveness, and ownership is something you just don’t see anymore. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely has your back, Luke is your person. I’m beyond grateful.

  Is very helpful from finding a policy, to follow up questions long after. Always willing to assist with special claims and trying to help save you money. Have had nothing but a positive experience :)

  Luke is extremely approachable and efficient. The world of insurance feels very overwhelming, but he takes all of that worry away. He is very empathetic and easy to talk to. I always trust I’m getting the best plan for me when I consult with Luke.

  Luke was incredible to work with! He is very responsive and knowledgeable of the coverages available and was able to customize the right plan for me! He is also an advocate after then plan is done as he will be with you during the course of your coverage. I highly recommend!!!!
